Have some questions before ordering?

Here’s a list of the most common inquiries we get. If you need any further explanation or have a question not listed here don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

Q. What file formats do you accept?

A. We prefer 16 or 24 bit files, 32 bit is also accepted. 44100 is a standard sampling rate but higher rates such as 48k-96k are fine too.

Q. Do you accept popular DAW project files?

A. Yes, for mixing projects you can send us songs in either Ableton Live, Cubase, or Logic.

Q. How long does it take?

A. Depending on our workload you can expect to receive your master(s) in 1-2 days. Mixdowns will require longer.

Q. Can you get my track really loud?

A. Yes although this depends somewhat on the mixdown you present us. We will also send you multiple revisions if needed to reach your loudness goal while providing a few options to choose the best level and quality.

Q. Can I send you a reference file for how I would like my master to sound?

A. Yes, you certainly can, in fact, we encourage it too. This helps communicate your idea better and allows us to tailor the sound to exactly how you want it, especially concerning loudness levels.

Q. Can you provide a free sample first?

A. Yes, we are happy to give you a preview although these projects usually have to wait for pre-paid orders to be completed first. After receiving your sample demo you can then decide to pay for the full version.

Q. What if I’m not happy with the initial master sent?

A. At this point you can send us any feedback and we will make adjustments until you are happy.
